To remove a sitemap.xml in Google Search Console, follow the steps below.
Open Google Search Console
Log in to your Google Search Console account and select your website.
Go to the Sitemaps Section
On the left menu, click on “Sitemaps” to see the list of submitted sitemaps.
Find the Sitemap You Want to Remove
Look for the sitemap you want to delete from the list.
Remove the Sitemap
Click on the three dots (•••) next to the sitemap and select “Remove”.
